Very big room, clean and comfy beds. Very spacious bathroom with a big big bathtub. Front yard with a basketball hoop which my son loves so much and plays there in the morning before heading out. Yummy, healthy breakfast. We asked the owner to help me find a driver. The driver she arranged is very kind and sincere and brought us around.

Mrs. Liu and her children, especially William, went out of their way to help us. We were having some communication issues with different tour operators in the Hualien region. They took two hours to help make calls for us, arrange drivers, text people after hours. It really helped a lot! William said next time contact his mother directly because she’s great at organizing tours, and we believe it. The breakfast was delicious. They have ducks and geese and a lush garden in their backyard. Their house was beautiful, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Their hospitality was well beyond what was necessary. We highly recommend Cloud Enjoy BnB!

The mosquito bites! Over two hundred among the six of us! Be prepared, don’t wear shorts! Wear Long pants and Long sleeves while in and about the accommodation. In town, no mosquito.

Highly recommend this B&B. The family was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The place is just outside of town...about a 5-10 minute drive. It's easy to call a taxi but we ended up renting a car for a few days so we had more freedom to see the national park and drive down the coast. The breakfast was as pictured as were the rooms. I loved that they had a place where we could fill up our water bottles instead of buying plastic bottles. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

The bed was soft and supportive, and the sheets smelled fresh (which apparently was hard to find in Taiwan cuz it's damp there). The balcony overlooked the backyard with chicken and ducks running around. Further out you see the endless mountain surrounded by clouds. The bathtub was separate from the shower and was big enough for two people. Out in the courtyard there was a pond, a basketball court, swings, seasaw, patio set for tea. This is a place that you wouldn't want to just crash for the night and leave; you will be captured by its charm. >>>The hosts there were lovely and respectful people.
